Ocean Gardens is an independent living community in City Beach with an invigorating approach to retirement living. Rich in friendships and the sense of confidence that comes from making the decision to be with people just like them, members of our community enjoy the next stage of life with a strong feeling of belonging.
As a not-for-profit organisation, all surplus funds are reinvested into the village to enhance and improve amenities and overall services, ensuring our residents can fully enjoy and benefit from all we have to offer.
VILLAGE FACILITIES
Comprising 163 villas and 71 apartments, Ocean Gardens offers modern, first-class yet low maintenance facilities, giving you the time to do what matters most. Our range of Home Care services are complemented by an active Residents' Association and our full selection of on-site facilities, including shared motor vehicles.

CARE SUPPORT SERVICES
As an approved home care provider, Ocean Gardens can provide approved residents with services under a government-funded Home Care Package, to support you in your own home at the village.
Our Care Team is based in the village twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our exclusive care service and emergency call system gives you and your family peace of mind with a dedicated staff member always onsite to provide immediate support.
